Sculpting Legends: Fisher Sculpture
A documentary short following the creation of a sculpture for the 76ers’ training facility. The story moves outside the game and into the studio, where sports legacy becomes a physical object through time, material, and craft.
Make the labor visible. Let patience carry the film.
I produced, shot, and edited the studio process with a deliberately quiet visual language: hands in clay, tools, reference material, gradual changes in form, and the sculptor’s own perspective. The contrast between athletic movement and a permanent bronze object gives the piece its tension.
The finished film expands what an in-house sports team can document: not another recap, but the culture and craft that build a franchise’s sense of history.
